3. What are the programs of MTCC and its Chairman and Officers?
As Brod Chairman Michael Abcede focuses on the systematic reformation of institutionalizing charitable and socio-civic for its fellow brothers and sisters in the fraternity, one of the priorities that he has allotted most of the time is the eradication of corruption in the Makati Triskelion Fraternity. For the very first time, he has united Makati in 2018 and transformed Makati Triskelion Council into Makati Triskelion City Council (MTCC). Among other priorities under his term are: Computerized ID System, Digital Transformation (Website, Database system), Community and Charitable works, Regular events such as Triskelion Nights which is open to other Triskelion Guests, Invitation of the Founding Fathers (first time), Activation of the Judicial Council, Eradication of SKALAWAGS, and many more.
4. What are the qualifications for a City Council Chairman?
Qualifications of being a TGP City Council Chairman are:
a. Must be a Legit member of the Tau Gamma Phi / Triskelion Grand Fraternity.
b. Root Chapter should be in the city council area. (In MTCC's case, The Chairman's root chapter should be in Makati)
c. Must have served as Grand Triskelion of his Chapter.
d. Must be in Good Moral Standing.
5. Is the current Chairman really qualified?
The current Chairman together with his Council officers are all qualified for their position/s.
Chairman Michael Abcede is a bonafide member of Balagtas Lapaz Chapter in Makati since April 1992.
He was the FIRST Grand Triskelion (GT) of Balagtas Lapaz Chapter and has also been a three(3) time Grand Triskelion (GT) of Balagtas Lapaz Chapter in his active years as a triskelion.
He is also in Good Moral Standing, a businessman, and a rotarian.

7. How many years does a Chairman serve?
It depends on the City Council. In Makati, its previous chairman served for about 5 to 6 years. Normally, A Chairman serves for two(2) years only and is legible for re-election. However, Chairman Michael Abcede revised this MTCC Local code and set the term to three(3) years but will not be illegible for re-election. The purpose of this resolution made by the Council officers spearheaded by Chairman Michael Abcede is to give opportunities to potential triskelion leaders who are willing to serve the City Council by running in the succeeding MTCC Elections.
8. We have heard that despite the unification made by the NEW MTCC, there is another council in Makati which is led by another Chairman and set of officers?
In 2018, the unification of Makati Triskelions was organized and fully sponsored by Chairman Michael Abcede for the benefit of all Makati Triskelions. It was successful, signed and witnessed by Founding Father Roy Ordinario, Founding Father Tatay Talek Pablo, together with Makati Elders and Alumni (TEAM and MTAO), Grand Triskelions of Makati, Council Officers, MMRC-TGP, MMRC-TGS, and over 300 Makati Triskelions and guests. However, due to the anti-SKALAWAG, ANTI-CORRUPTION Movement OF MTCC Chairman Michael Abcede together with its officers, there are few who rebelled against him since they are highly affected by the said good programs and projects of the council. Because of this, they tried to run an election last year (2019) and is believed to be invalid to have an election outside the signed commitment of Makati Triskelions known as ONE MAKATI ONE TRISKELION. The formation of the new so-called shady council was spearheaded by a major violator of MTCC with multiple decided guilty cases against him which started in 2017. Together with him, are other major violators, not only of Makati Triskelions' Code but our Fraternity's Tenets and Codes of Conduct.
